After decades of personal experience with disordered eating and poor body image, I can deeply empathize with your struggles. But there is hope! It is possible to break free from the strong grip of diet culture and the suffering caused by disordered eating.
Let me help guide you through the process of letting go of the diet → binge → guilt cycle and move towards a more healthy relationship with food and body.

Finding a sense of freedom and joy around food, without obsession or anxiety
Trusting your body’s cues around hunger, fullness and pleasure
Enjoying all foods and letting go of “good” and “bad” labels
Having confidence in your food choices, free of judgment and shame
Feeling comfortable in your body exactly the way it is, and rising above the harmful societal pressures around body size
How it Works
Sessions are available in person (in Sonoma County, CA) or virtually via Zoom
We’ll begin with a complimentary 15-min consultation to ensure that working together will be a good fit for both of us
Once we decide to work together, we’ll start with a 90-min deep-dive session which will give me a clearer understanding of your history, current challenges and goals
After that, we’ll have 60-min follow-up sessions where we’ll discuss:
What’s working for you
What your challenges are
Gradually introducing new concepts & strategies (and building on existing ones)
Creating an action plan and gentle “homework” to help you reach your goals
Due to the deep nature of this work and the time required to make lasting changes, single sessions are not available
Upon request, sessions can also integrate other areas of support including: gentle nutrition, cooking skills, yoga, mindfulness and aromatherapy
My sessions are not covered by insurance, but I am happy to provide documentation for workplace wellness reimbursements as applicable
All Coaching Packages Include:
One 90-min deep-dive session
Two 60-min follow-up sessions per month (timing can be adjusted as needed)
Customized integration tools including: journaling exercises, readings, worksheets, mindfulness practices, podcast/book recommendations and more!
Recap summaries of each session (emailed within 48 hrs)
Unlimited email support during our time working together for any questions that come up between sessions
