A drop-in online support group for anyone looking for support and empowerment as they explore their relationship with food.

do you find yourself trapped in a vicious cycle of deprivation -> binging -> guilt -> more deprivation?
If you answered yes to any of these, this group is for you! Join us and find the support you need, along with the comfort in knowing that you're not alone.

When: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday @ 6:00-7:00pm PST
Where: Online via Zoom (link to be provided prior to meetings)

incorporation of intuitive eating principles
